REPORT OF A STOLEN METER
I write to officially bring to your notice the above subject, and I hope this letter finds you in good health.
On [enter date] we experienced a power cut-off around 2:47 a.m., and we thought it was a general power out. Little did we know that our prepaid meter with the meter number [enter meter number] had been stolen.
This incident occurred at [enter location] and house number [enter house number].
I have reported to the nearest police station, and they instructed me to write this report to your outfit.
